I’m collaborative, kind, and straightforward. In all of our sessions, I’ll ask a lot of questions to start.
Just like any Chief of Staff role, no candidate and no experience is the same.
So, before I give any advice, I always ask a lot of questions to best tailor it specifically to do.
Example: Many people come to me asking for where they need to upskill to make the transition to CoS.
After asking several deeper questions, I often find it’s not a skill issue, it may be a workplace culture, positioning/resume, or confidence issue.

The Chief of Staff role requires deep trust built on skill, EQ, and personal relationships over time.
While we can help with positioning and strategy, we’re not a substitute for building sustained relationships over time.
If you’re not there, however, we’ll show you how to get there. (This is also why we ask a lot of questions to get started!)
